How to deposit money on 13L Game (step by step)
- Open Deposit. Tap Deposit on the Home screen or on the Mine page.
- Choose an amount. Tap a chip (₹200, ₹300, ₹500, ₹1,000 … ₹50,000) or type an amount between ₹100 and ₹50,000.
- Pick a payment method. UPI-QR, UPI*QR, Paytm QR, EWallet, USDT or ARPAY.
- Tap Pay now. A payment page or QR code opens.
- Pay in your UPI app. Check the exact amount, approve with your UPI PIN in your own banking app only, and save the UTR/reference number.
- Return to 13L Game. The app’s tip says to return after paying. Check that the amount appears in Cash Balance.

Deposit not credited? What to do
- Wait at least 5 minutes — the stated credit window.
- Check your bank or UPI app. If money left your account, copy the UTR/reference number.
- Do not pay again to “push” the first payment.
- Open Self Service Center → Deposit Not Received, enter the details and attach a screenshot of the successful payment.
- Track it with Progress Query. If your bank shows “failed”, the bank usually refunds automatically.

Deposit safety rules
- Pay only through the payment page opened from your own 13L Game account.
- Never pay a UPI ID or QR sent by a “support agent” or “agent” in WhatsApp or Telegram.
- Your UPI PIN is entered only in your own banking app — nobody at 13L Game needs it.
